二十一世紀是一個以知識經濟為主流的時代(劉常勇,2004),因此,唯有透過持續的與他人進行知識分享,才能從相互學習的過程中,保持個人知識常新並為原有的知識創造新價值,維持個人的競爭優勢(黃榮懷,2004)。而隨著網路科技之發展,虛擬社群如雨後春筍般興起(蔡家安、康贊清、洪新原,2011),工作者紛紛自行組成與工作領域相關的虛擬實務社群,期望透過來自不同公司工作者的參與,快速得到更多元的專業知識與實務經驗。但對大多數的工作者而言,專業知識常被視為個人的重要資產,要個人主動與他人分享知識似乎有違常理(Dave
