The purposes of this study were to develop a scale for evaluating Teaching Satisfaction Inventory of the Physical Education Program. First, the pre-test participants were 252 students from Takming University of Science and Technology and 287 students from Chang-Jung-Christian University. The inventory was structured by "item analysis" and "factor analysis", which accounted for 70.32% of the total variance, respectively. There were asked to respond to a scale containing 23 items describing physical education Teaching Satisfaction Inventory. Second, 245 students in Asia-Pacific Institute of Creativity were participated to explore the usage of Teaching Satisfaction Inventory. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and t-test (independent) analysis. The findings were as follows: (1) The teaching satisfaction in physical education program with the factors in order of "ability appreciation", "the relationship between teacher and students", "teaching effect" and "learning test". (2) There were significant differences of teaching satisfaction of physical education between genders. (3) There were significant differences of teaching satisfaction of physical education among different educational system. Based on the results, applications of the study and suggestions for the future study were offered.
