背景：網路使用可以建立人際關係，但過度使用卻會影響到生活中的人際關係。本研究的目的是要探討依附型態與網路成癮行為之關連性。方法：184名大學生完成了中文版網路成癮行為量表以及成人依附關係量表。結果：不安全的依附型態與網路成癮行為呈現明顯的正相關(r=0.25, p＜0.01)，反過來說，安全依附型態則呈現明顯的負相關。從依附形態的內在工作認知模式來看，依附型態內的自我模式與網路成癮行為有明顯的關連性(r=-0.36, p＜0.01)。結論：網路成癮行為與正向自我模式為負相關，未來將此結果納入網路防治的考量。

Background: The Internet is a means to build interpersonal relationships, but the risk of Internet addictive behaviors exists. In this study, we intended to explore the relationship between attachment styles and Internet addictive behaviors. Methods: We administered the Chinese Internet Addiction Scale-R and the Adult Attachment Scale to 184 college students. Results: As for other addictive behaviors, insecure attachment styles were significantly to have positive relation to Internet addictive behaviors (r=0.25, p＜0.01), whereas secure attachment style was significantly to have negative relation to Internet addictive behaviors. With the internal working model, the self model underlying attachment style was significantly to have negative relation to Internet addictive behaviors (r=-0.36, p＜0.001). Conclusion: This study shows that the Internet addictive behaviors were related negative to the positive self model attachment style. We suggest the findings of this study could be considered for Internet addiction prevention.
