本研究目的在發展一份適用於我國國中生的能源素養量表,以評估國三(九年級)學生對於能源基本且必要之認知、態度與行為表現情形。研究者採用DeWaters等人編製的「中學生能源素養問卷」為藍本,和國中資深教師及能源領域專家共同研議及修訂後,經預試與正式施測程序確認題項內容的適切性。預試階段取樣九年級學生,共獲398份有效問卷,經探索性因素分析、信度分析及Rasch模式進行項目反應分析後,刪除配適不佳的題目;另外針對認知構面編製四個平行版本,以降低學生填答負荷。正式施測階段有效樣本數為1,242,分別進行驗證性因素分析及複核效化檢驗。結果顯示本研究發展之能源素養量表包含能源認知、態度與行為等三個構面,具有良好的信度與效度,題項精簡、有效,可作為評估國中學生能源素養的適切工具,且認知構面有平行版本可供選採。
This study aimed to develop an energy literacy inventory for junior high school students to assess 9th graders' performance on fundamental and necessary energy knowledge, affect, and behavior. Based on the energy literacy questionnaires developed by DeWaters and her colleagues, this inventory was drafted and revised by the research team as well as senior teachers at junior high schools and experts panel. A pilot test was conducted to remove unfitted items. For the formal assessment, a sample of 1,242 9th graders was selected. Their responses were used to verify the reliability and validity. Rasch analysis was conducted to examine the item response in the cognitive domain and both exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were employed to validate the items in the affect and behavior domains. The results showed that the instrument reached high reliability and validity. Four parallel cognitive versions with less items were developed that shortened the inventory successfully. Overall, the Energy Literacy Inventory was shown to be an appropriate instrument to assess junior high school students' energy literacy and it also provided different versions of cognitive items for use.
