本文目的是探究以團體互動，促進同儕倫理諮詢的歷程。以參與觀察方式，收集一次心理衛生專業人員的團體對話，進行內容分析，發現團體對話引動倫理自我生發的歷程是，由人際互動觀照內在引起當機而發的話語，繼而縱觀合理之行為，最終出現存在之自覺。

The purpose of this study is to articulate the ethic consultation from the dialogue of peer group interaction. The participant observation was taken to collect and analyze a session of group dialogue for the mental health worker. The result identified three steps for forming ethical self: the saying in presence, reflecting on action, and the self-awareness.
