論文提要內容:
本研究旨在探討肢體障礙專科學生受到學校師生賦權的狀況,比較一般專科學生、教師和肢體障礙專科學生對於賦權的實際看法和感受,進而探討三者間的關連性。經過賦權學理和相關文獻的探討後,自編研究工具「專科學生與肢體障礙同儕互動問卷」和「肢體障礙學生賦權之訪談題綱」,藉此問卷對一般專科學生進行調查,回收率88.8%,有效樣本為1000份問卷,並根據訪談題綱來對一般專科師生和肢體障礙學生共18位進行個別訪談,以呈現出肢體障礙專科學生實際賦權的情形並找出影響賦權的因素。最後,根據量性的問卷調查結果和質性的個別訪談資料,架構出肢體障礙專科學生之賦權模式,以呈現出肢體障礙專科學生的賦權現況,最後提出結論與建議,以供肢體障礙學生本身、教師、學校行政單位以及未來的相關研究,在提昇肢體障礙學生賦權方面的參考。
The purpose of this study were to investigate the status of empowerment in junior college students with physical disabilities; and to compare three different views of empowerment from regular junior college students, teachers and students with physical disabilities; and then to discover the relations between each other.
By investigating theoretical base of empowerment and related studies, the researcher designed questionnaires and interview questions to understand the real situation of empowerment for junior college students with physical disabilities. Then, according to the results of questionnaires and interviews, the model of empowerment for junior college students with physical disabilities was presented. Finally, the conclusion and suggestion of this study were made for junior college students with physical disabilities, teachers, schools and further studies.
