This purpose of this paper is to analyze the structure of power of knowledge management (KM) from the sociological theory. First of all, demonstrates the KM is a type of structure that was constituted with rules and resources from the "Anthony Giddens Structuration Theory". Then, analyzes the subsistence of power technique of discipline within the exercise of KM, from the viewpoint to "knowledge is Power" of Michel Foucault, and considers of the practices under the power-structure of KM. Finally, provides the edification to education management to drive KM in school.
