Through a series of systematical, formal procedures to collect related data in order to measure the performances of organizational objectives, by which an evaluation is a tool of administration and management. This research utilized the data of a measurement scale of 16 community care stations which were evaluated in Kaohsiung City in Sep. 2006. Based on the content analyses, this research analyzed and discussed how these stations were running and managed. As a result, more than 60 per cent of them were at good level; nevertheless, around 30 percent of them need to be improved. Dimensions on the plan implementation and administration operation have performed the best two of the seven dimensions. In addition, among the 27 indicators, 4 indicators-access free facilities, whether they followed regulations of Voluntary Service Law, schedule of services for elderly people and questionnaires of elderly people situation needed to be improved.
