Early childhood is not only a critical stage in the all-around development, but also the best stage to implement Life Education. Effectively using picture books in the teaching of children’s Life Education can help children to learn about themselves, explore their potential, establish good relationships, care about Nature and live good lives. In recent years, the research and implementation of Life Education picture books put more emphasis on the Primary School Stage and above. How to analyze the content of Life Education in picture books and how to select appropriate picture books for children’s Life Education are both worth further exploration. Therefore, the researchers referred to relevant literature and chose eight Life Education picture books suitable for children between 3 and 6 years of age. According to the content of the Ministry of Education’s 2006 Life Education development curriculum and teaching targets plan, the researchers based this study on the four dimensions of Life Education, selected the eight "Early Childhood Life Education Picture Books" and analyzed the Life Education content and teaching targets in them. Sharing the content of Life Education through the above selections of early childhood Life Education picture books and teaching experiences of early childhood Life Education educators, the researchers are looking for better all-around development and growth of children.
