本文從轉型正義的基礎論述出發，透過知名學者 Iris M. Young論述中有關正義與不正義的論點，檢視台灣民主化後的原住民族運動訴求，以及台灣族群政策中的平埔族群議題與政策，說明有關原住民族的轉型正義工程中，必須具有深度與廣度的視野，面對歷史不正義下的創傷，處理歷史不正義與創傷（過去），面對修復正義（現在），達到修復正義（目標）。

This article deals transitional justice of Taiwanese indigenous peoples. It exams Taiwan’s indigenous movement and claims by utilized Iris M. Young’s (in)justice perspectives. It also discusses indigenous policy with special focus on Ping Pu indigenous status recognition concerns. The authors believe transitional justice framework not only made a formally apology for the discrimination and neglect suffered by Taiwan’s Indigenous Peoples over the past four centuries by the government, but establishing a platform for historical injustice and trauma to work toward indigenous autonomy and land rights.
