This article is a discussion of the philosophy of keeping in good health. The major theses of this paper are the following:(1)Lao-Tze's "Principle of Life and Death" and "The Philosophy of Keeping in Good Health". (2)Chuang-Tze's "Principle of Life and Death" and "The Philosophy of Keeping in Good Health". I explore how Lao-Tze and Chuang-Tze use a paradoxical passage to represent their"Principle of Life and Death" and "The Philosophy of Keeping in Good Health"
