The objective of the present study is to investigate the correlation between the class atmosphere and the item-option by interesting in physical education. The outcomes could help the related office to propose better and more effective programs. It would promote the effectiveness of teaching as well as learning on item-option by interesting in physical education, and then fulfill the ideal goal of life-time exercise. The findings of the study are as follows: 1. The class atmosphere appears in a good mode for all sport items opted by interesting as per an investigation through questionnaire. 2. The top three sport items with the best class atmosphere in orders are table tennis, tennis, and golf. 3. In the factors of in a whole, passion, and lively stable, the junior college groups are better than the university groups at the opted sport items of bowling and table tennis. In all, the policy of the item-option by interesting in physical education proceeded by NTUT is accepted and supported by students. It would affect the teaching as well as the effectiveness of learning to the physical education in a positive fashion.
