題名:數學主題教學--一個教學試驗行動之探討

本文以一個國小二年級主題教學方案,探討結合數學問題解決、語文與藝術等知識領域統整的主題教學方案之發展與實踐。本主題教學方案乃以數學的立體圖形與統計圖表的基本概念為核心,統整數學問題解決、語文、藝術人文、綜合活動與討論等學習,以導向學生基本能力的培養與知識建構。從教學實踐試驗行動,觀察兒童在學習歷程的參與表現,以及教學實踐者的反思,研究結果支持數學教學方案的可行性,也提供教學者在依教科書的單元教學以外,另一種教材組織與教學設計之參考。
A theme project integrating mathematics, language, art and activities was designed and put it into teaching practice for a class of second graders in a public elementary school. The core of the study was mathematics: basic, solid and statistical concepts. As exploring this theme, we tracked children's learning through discussion, mathematical problem solving, language, art and activities. From the experimental action and the results of children performances as well as the reflections reported by the teacher illustrate the mathematical theme project is available for applying in teaching. The theme project in this study also suggests the discussion, mathematical problem solving, language, art and activities can be structured to accomplish the goal: connecting learning to develop children's knowledge cognition and competence. Theme teaching enables teachers to integrate curriculum in a variety of meaning way rather than textbook-based unit instruction.
