     知識分享在知識管理中佔有相當重要的地位,然而並非每個組織能有效的分享知識,而達到知識管理之目的;因個體之因素,如能力、信任、行為及環境等均會選成知識分享過程中不礎定性的影響,因此本研究建立一個以超循環理論(Hypercycle theory)為基礎,並以多重代理為平臺的模擬模式,加以探討。著重於個體之知識(或技能)的能力與動機,進行三個模擬實驗,觀察其變化對群體知識突現(emerge)過程之影響:實驗一當組織中每個人均互相信任時,則不管啟始的知識或技能分佈為何,則很快會將所有知諳均勻散佈到全組織,且具有S型的學習曲線,剛開始屬於望盪期,後來開始快速成長,最後趨於穩定;實驗二則剛婕相反,若均為互不信任,則群體知識快速消失;有趣的在於實驗三,信任與不信任參半,則呈現混沌(Chaos)現象,並具有複雜(Complexity)之特性,且超循環長度為關鍵影響因素。因此,結果顯示本研究所提之模擬模式,能反應真實世界之現實狀況,進而能夠操弄與預測,深入探討從個人微觀(micro)的層次,如何將其與群體宏觀(macro)的知識分享或知識管理相連結。
