　　　　　近幾年來，隨著國內經濟狀況的改變以及社會風氣的開放，國人與外籍女性通婚的現象有增加的趨勢，特別是來自東南亞國家的越南、印尼、菲律賓、緬甸等國的女性。這些隻身遠嫁來台灣的年輕婦女，因婚姻目的以傳宗接代為主，生育成為生活中重要的任務，面對完全陌生的環境，這些婦女個人的健康及適應問題值得健康照顧專業人員加以特別關注。本文從跨國婚姻的社會現象、外籍新娘的意涵、跨國婚姻婦女健康相關研究（包括：移民適應與壓力、經濟困境與健康、語言困難與健康以及特殊健康議題）、台灣跨國婚姻婦女之研究以及護理的觀點與措施等，來探討東南亞跨國婚姻婦女的健康。期望透過本文的探討，護理人員能在快速變遷的社會中，敏銳地覺知到新的健康弱勢族群正在形成，並積極發現隱藏的健康問題，提供此婦女群體文化特殊性與文化適切性之疾病預防與健康促進之護理照顧。
