題名:婦女發聲、敘說與轉化學習:北投女人畫會之個案研究

北投女人畫會採用國民美術教育,讓婦女一邊聊生活、一邊畫畫,重新記錄和再度詮釋自己的生命經驗。透過繪畫以及分享故事讓這群婦女勇於發聲,從對話、討論之中,她們重新詮釋、創造自己的生命角本。在敘說故事的同時,不僅要進行反思和批判性思考,改變看待自我和社會的觀點。此外,敘說和轉化學習的同時也關照到情緒和靈性的需求。 本研究屬於個案研究,使用參與觀察、深度訪談的方法,深入探究婦女的發聲、敘說與轉化學習的關係與歷程。其結論如下: 一、婦女發聲的力量 婦女發聲是一種隱喻、形象和自我認同。發聲也是一種疼愛自己的方式,婦女在繪畫和敘說的過程中,關照自己的生命經驗,並且也讓家人了解她的需求,進一步將繪畫帶入家庭生活,創造更有品質的人際互動。 二、婦女敘說與轉化學習 婦女敘說自己的生命故事是一種跟其他人連結的方法,她們可以在支持的關係中成長。透過上課的討論和分享,婦女重新整理自己的生命經驗,並且學習進一步批判和反思。再度詮釋畫作和生命故事,讓他們學習轉化自己的觀點,改變自己的意義基模和觀點。 繪畫跟其他藝術創作一樣,能夠融合具體和抽象的思維,並且進行深度的反省和批判。婦女在構圖之前需要理性的分析和深入的觀察,下筆繪畫時又能找到情緒的出口以及心靈上的滋潤。北投女人畫會用心推動婦女學習的案例,值得成人教育工作者參考和借鏡。
In Beitou Women's Paining Association, women learned to paints and at the same time talked their life experiences and stories. They recalled some important experiences and reinterpreted them. Through painting and sharing stories, women were encouraged to give voices. In the classroom, they shared and discussed, they tried to interpret and create their own scripts. While they would think critically and do transformative narrating stories, learning, and thereby take care of their emotional and spiritual needs. This is a case study. I use participant observation and interview to inquire into the relationship and process of women's voice, narrative and transformative learning. The conclusion are as follows: 1. The power of women's voice Women's giving voice is somewhat a metaphor, an image and a self identity. To give voice is a way to love oneself. Through painting and narrative, women care for their life experiences and let their family members know their needs. They can do paining at home and improve their relationship with others. 2. Women's narrative and transformative learning Women's narrative is a way to connect others, they can develop and grow in the supportive environment. In the classroom, women try to interpret their life experiences and share with others. They learn to reflect and think critically. In addition, they learn to reinterpret their experiences and transform their meaning schemes and meaning perspectives. Painting is like the other art. It can be concrete and abstract in which, women can reflect and think critically. Before designing, they need to analyze rationally and observe intensivels; when they are painting, they take care of their emotional and spiritual needs. Beitou Women's Painting association ahs given efforts to women's learning, which sets an example to adult educators.
