本研究旨在探討在職進修學生自我導向學習特質、學習動機與學習策略之間的互動相關,了解自我導向學習特質如何影響學習動機與學習策略,以作爲成人教育者促進學習者自我導向學習的參考。從7所技專校院附屬進修學院暨進專抽出539位學生,完成自我導向學習量表、學習動機量表與學習策略量表,並將所蒐集之資料以重複量數變異數分析、t檢定與結構方程模式等統計方法分析。研究發現自我導向學習特質會影響學習動機,並藉由學習動機中的自我效能影響學習策略的使用。
