本研究旨在探討澳門青年的創新行為,如何受到發展體驗、組織承諾、組織信任以及自我效能的影響。通過實證調研發現澳門青年的創新行為來自於發展體驗對其自身組織承諾以及組織信任的影響,繼而影響其創新行為。自我效能感則能夠調節組織承諾,情感信任和創新行為之間的關係。因此,本研究從理論上闡述發展體驗與創新行為的關係,並從實踐角度,對如何提升澳門青年創新行為提出有效的管理指導建議。
This study aimed to explore how developmental experience, organizational commitment, organization trust and self-efficacy affect young employees’ innovative work behavior. Empirical study found that innovative work behavior is influenced by whether they experienced development opportunity, which in turn will influence their organizational commitment and affective trust to organizations. Self-efficacy is found to be able to moderate the relationships between organizational commitment, affective trust and innovative behavior. Theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.
