善盡企業社會責任已是企業經營上重要理念與策略之一,直接影響內部員工的組織承諾與顧客信任的態度。在愛護地球意識高漲的今日,銀行業推行企業社會責任是非常重要的策略,尤其是當它涉及銷售誇大不實之金融商品與金融風暴發生時,更應積極推行以獲取顧客之認同。本研究以銀行行員為實證對象,共蒐集176份有效問卷,並以部份最小平方法(PLS)進行實證分析,結果顯示各企業社會責任與銀行行員信任對組織承諾有正向影響,同時銀行行員信任在企業社會責任與組織承諾間具有中介效果。
Corporate social responsibility is an important business concept and strategy on corporate social responsibility is one of the important ideas and strategies on business directly affect the internal organizational commitment and customer trust attitude. Today, a high level of awareness in caring for the earth, bank implementation of CSR strategy is very important, especially when it comes to the real of finance products and financial crisis are considered, they should actively promote bank officers and customers to get the recognition. This study uses the bank officer as subjects and collects 176 valid questionnaires. Structural equation modeling of Partial Least Squares (PLS) method is applied in the investigation. Analytical results indicate that CSR and bank officer trust positively affects bank officers' organizational commitment. Similarly, bank officer trust has a mediating effect between CSR and organizational commitment.
