The purpose of this study is to discuss relationship among hotel operators' personality traits, organization commitment and self-efficacy. The totally questionnaire issued 330 copies, and got response answered back 302 copies. The return rate is 91% Through SEM analysis we find personality traits vs. organization which have positive relation, and the organization commitment vs. self-efficacy have positive relation. For these reasons, the personal traits of hotel and lodging operators are positive and can help to promote organization commitment. In other words, higher organization commitment has positive and multidimensional function that can promote self-efficacy.
