　　　　　國內青少年犯罪情況逐年嚴重，然而傳統的犯罪預防及矯治方法，並無法有效地減低再犯率及預防犯罪發生。本文旨在初步探討探索教育課程的歷史發展、特性及其在美國的實施情形，並試擬探索教育課程應用在我國青少年犯罪防治的策略，以為進一步研究之基礎。
