題名:在教育場域中實踐基進民主--以同志教師身份認同與抗拒實踐為例

在台灣的教育場域裡,有一種很特殊的不能言說現象,本文稱此為諱,它是一種極為弔詭的語言,表現上似乎是不存在,但是這種不存在卻暗著另外一種存在的狀態,這種存在又不存在的不可言說情境,在強調上下關係的教育場域中格外明顯,而本文所要討論的同志教師與同志議題正是最好的例子。從本文的田野發現,在權力/知識/諱所共同建構出來的異性戀道德氛圍下,同志教師不但受到身體的規訓與身份的質疑,並總是以習慣性的文化沉默來面對這樣的處境。由於批判教育學一再強調要發展批判的語言與可能的語言,因此要如何突破這種不可言說的狀態?本文認為基0進民主的實踐對同志教師而言正是一個很好的出路,這是一種強調反省與反覆討論的行動政治,一方面能反省不平等的問題,進而強化身份認同的主體性,另一方面藉由反覆討論,進而產生實際行動。最後,本文發現凝聚同志教師進行基進民主的實踐有著「網際網絡」與「刊物網絡」兩種管道,這有助同志教師發展有別於異性戀霸權的反論述,進而轉化成抗拒的具體行動。
There are many unspeakable issues existing in the Taiwan educational field. Although we have clear pictures about them, we always choose not to recognize them as existing in the Taiwan educational field. These unspeakable issues are inclusive of hegemony, liberty, resistance and homosexuality. This paper takes “homosexuality” as a prime example and discusses how gay/ lesbian teachers develop resistance when coping with heterosexual hegemony. Under heterosexual structure, gay, lesbian and bisexuality are regarded as negative issues. How to end this fallacy? This paper consider concepts the of radical democracy necessary for gay/lesbian teachers. It means developing involvement of participation in the public discourse through reflection and deliberation and then discourse will be transformed into resistance. In conclusion, this paper finds “internet’s network” and “reader’s network” create alternative spaces for solidarity among gay and lesbian teachers to transform their discourse into resistance.
