本文主旨在探討全球化時代變遷社會衝擊中，當前臺灣社區文化發展的趨勢與因應策略。全文除前言與結語外，計分變遷社會的結構現象與影響、臺灣社區教育發展的趨勢分析、社區學習模式的發展與歷程反思、社區學習文化典範重建、學習型社區的建構等四部分。

This article tends to discuss the trends of development and the coping strategies of community culture in Taiwan during the global age. Except the introduction and inclusion，it includes four parts：the impact and features of the changing society、the trend analysis of the development of the community education in Taiwan、development and reflections of the community learning modes、establishment of the corporate networks built under the transition of the community learning paradigms.
