完善的規劃休閒時間,並從休閒運動中獲得休閒效益,是大學生在生活中除了課業之外,最需要被重視的一環。因此本研究目的主要是了解影響大學生參與休閒運動的動機與休閒運動所獲得效益之關係。透過文獻探討歸納出影響大學生從事運動之重要變數後,利用因素分析將參與動機區分爲「運動功能」與「時間與成本」二大因素,以及將休閒效益區分爲「外在愉悅」與「內在成長」二大效益,再以迴歸分析及單因子多變量分析(MANOVA)探討參與動機與休閒效益各項構面間之關係,以及人口統計變項在各構面的差異。研究結果顯示參與休閒運動之動機與休閒效益具有顯著正向關係。另外,參與休閒運動之動機及休閒運動效益會因性別、年級及參與休閒運動時間的不同而有顯著差異。
It is important for the undergraduate students to plan their leisure time after school so as to get the benefits of leisure sports. The major purpose of the study is to find out the motivations of participation in leisure sports and further discusses the relationship between the motivations and benefits. Factor analysis, regression analysis, and one-way MANOVA are used to analyze the data including 469 validity questionnaires sampling from the undergraduate students of Aletheia University. Through literature review, some important variables that will influence the students to engage leisure sports can be inducted. The construct of participation motivations can be further divided into two factors: "sport function" and "time and cost"; and the construct of leisure benefits can also be divided into two factors: "external cheerful benefit" and "internal growth benefit". The empirical results show that there are the significant positive linear relationships between the motivations of participation and leisure benefits. Furthermore, the demographic variables such as gender, grade, and the time of participation would play distinction roles in affecting the motivations of leisure sport participation as well as leisure benefits.
