本文首先從學生學習的角度,析述教師領導面臨的三大挑戰:一、提升學生學習成效的理念待宣導;二、提升學習成效的環境條件待營造;三、提升學習成效的智慧待強化。其次,析述學生學習取向的教師領導八大角色:一、學科領導者;二、課程領導者;三、班級經營的領導者;四、全人教育的輔導者;五、學習動機的激發者;六、專業學習社群的領導者;七、全方位的教師領導者;八、高行動智慧的教師領導者。最後,論述提升學生學習成效的六大教師領導策略:一、辦理師生主體學習的增能研習,強化師生高效學習的智慧;二、發展專業學習社群,積極推展高效教學與學習的研發風氣;三、強化教師班級領導效能,塑造好學、勤學、樂學的全品質學風;四、巧用向上領導及對外領導,匯聚全校的力量幫助學生學習;五、建立學校行政支援體制,落實適性教學輔導、評量與補救;六、加速建立教師評鑑分級、教學輔導與學習品保等相關制度。
This paper aims to explore challenges, roles and strategies of teacher leadership focusingon the students’ learning. Three challenges of teacher leadership from the perspectivesof students learning: 1. advocating the concept of increasing the effectiveness of studentslearning; 2. building the atmosphere of enhancing learning effectiveness; and 3. strengtheningthe wisdom for improving learning effectiveness. Eight roles of teacher leadership are thenanalyzed: 1. discipline leader; 2. curriculum leader; 3. leader of classroom management;4. mentor of holistic education; 5. leader of motivation of student learning; 6. leader ofprofessional learning community; 7. omni-directional teachers’ leader; and 8. teacher leaderof wisdom for action. Finally, six teachers’ leadership strategies to enhance students’ learningoutcomes are proposed.
