題名:以計畫行為理論探討寶可夢遊戲玩家參與熱情對身體活動之影響

身體活動及規律運動已被證實與健康有相當之關係,而近年來寶可夢遊戲的發行在全球掀起了一股風潮,本研究旨在探討寶可玩家熱情是否能夠調節身體活動量之關聯性。以遊玩寶可夢遊戲的玩家作為本研究範圍對象,採網路問卷以便利抽樣方式進行調查,共發出400份問卷進行資料蒐集,合計回收400份,經刪除無效問卷85份,取得有效問卷315份,有效回收率為78.5%。資料採描述性統計、探索式因素分析、信度分析、相關分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異量分析、一般線性迴歸分析、階層迴歸分析等統計方法進行檢定。研究結果指出:(一)調和式熱情以及強迫式熱情分別在身體活動(代謝當量)以及外掛量中分別皆達到正相關。(二)強迫式熱情對於身體活動量(代謝當量)的調節效果中有達到顯著正相關。根據結果建議寶可夢玩家可以持續遊玩寶可夢遊戲以達到身體活動之效果,然而也建議遊戲的設計能夠持續保持遊戲中豐富內容與新鮮感以促使玩家持續的遊玩之意願,建議未來的研究中可針對特定的族群及地區來研究了解寶可夢玩家之行為意圖以及熱情,並可以更廣泛的了解不同族群以及不同地區的特徵型態。
Physical activity and regular exercise have been shown to have a considerable relationship with health. Pokémon-Go has been the popular game in recent years. The purpose of present research aimed to explore whether the enthusiasm of the Pokémon -Go would moderate the amount of physical activity. In this study, we recruited Pokémon-Go players as the participants. A total of 315 participants provided completed data for this study. The effective recovery rate was 78.5%. Descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, independent-samples t-test, one-way anova, linear regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were used in the present study. The results are as follows: 1. Harmonious passion and Compulsive passion in physical activity and plugin all have a positive correlation. 2. The moderating effect of compulsive passion on the relation between intention-behavior and physical activity is significant. According to the results, we suggested Pokémon-Go players could continue to play Pokémon-Go game to achieve the effect of physical activity and game designers can keep the game rich and fresh to promote the players continue to play. Finally, it is recommended that specific ethnic groups and regions be studied in the future, which could be more extensive understanding of different ethnic groups and different characteristics of the region.
