With the trend of Aging, the Council of Indigenous Peoples has proposed the Community Day Care Centers for Indigenous Elderly Program and provided service for the indigenous elderly. The research subject of this study is Taitung County Tribal Cultural Health Station with the use of focus group interview as the research method. We examine the practice status and the process of the service delivery of Tribal Cultural Health Station under the service system of public and private cooperation in order to understand the difficulties and challenges in the process of public and private cooperation for putting forward the strategy to achieve sustainable development goals. Through this research process, we can explore whether the Cultural Health Station can implement the objectives of active aging and aging in place, and analyze the existing difficulties and provide suggestions for future policy implement.
