     品質的改善與如何達成高績效的組織已成為管理上的熱門話題,而其與組織的型式及運作方式甚有關聯,是以本文將探討學習型組織的內涵與運用,將分為四部分來加以說明。第一部分為淺介學習型組織的概念,第二部分為說明學習型組織的管理理念,第三部分為介紹牟習型組織的運作核心與技術,第四部分結論乃在說明學習型組織如何能將學習的概念付諸具體行動。
     Quality improvement is much discussed in management circles these days. More and more human resources specialists recognize the crucial importance of the types of organizations and the modes of operation if they are to achieve sustainedhigh performance. The author is at the forefront of advising a diverse range of organizations, andin this article first introduces the concept of the learning organization, including thedifferent definitions and their main characteristics. Second, the article puts forward the managerial aspect of the learning organization. Third, this article also considersthe operational techniques of the learning organization to improve performance. Last, this article concludes with a thought-provoking assessment of how human resources strategies and policies can be practically implemented, taking into accountthe respective roles of top management and the members of the organization.
