本論文旨在由莊子的形神觀論其養生哲學，全文除了前言與結論外，主要之內容 重點有二： 一、《莊子》書中「形神觀」及其相關範疇義涵的辨析 二、由《莊子》的「形神觀」論其養生哲學的辯證實踐 透過上述的探討，本論文除了呈現出莊子「形神觀」的義涵外，且由此以切入莊子的養生哲 學加予析論。

　　　　　The thesis is "the way to keep good health according to Chuang-Tse, through his viewpoint on the human body and spirit". Except preface and conclusion, the main contents are included as follows: 1. The definition and analysis of the concepts of the body and spirit in the book "Chuang-Tse" 2. The dialectical practice of Chuang-tse in keeping good health. Through the above-mentioned discussion, the thesis will display concretely Chuang-Tse's viewpoint on the human body and spirit. Moreover I will bring up, the way to keep good health in according to Chuang-Tse's idea on the human body and spirit.
