　　　　　本研究旨在探討有限情緒政治行動的意義，及其在解決學校行政決策 判斷偏見的應用。有限情緒的政治行動，強調對他人關懷、支持、愛護與同情， 建構社群的關係，當作情緒表達的基礎，藉以解決興趣的衝突。又學校行政決策 判斷的偏見，常起因於以運用經驗法則處理資訊的影響，而有限情緒的政治行 動，在學校行政決策的應用，重視他人主觀價值的了解，常能避免資訊選取受經 驗法則所影響，因此具有解決學校行政決策偏見的應用價值。最後，本研究更以 個案分析，當作有限情緒政治行動，在解決學校行政決策判斷偏見的應用基礎。
