     本研究旨在探討有限情緒政治行動的意義,及其在解決學校行政決策 判斷偏見的應用。有限情緒的政治行動,強調對他人關懷、支持、愛護與同情, 建構社群的關係,當作情緒表達的基礎,藉以解決興趣的衝突。又學校行政決策 判斷的偏見,常起因於以運用經驗法則處理資訊的影響,而有限情緒的政治行 動,在學校行政決策的應用,重視他人主觀價值的了解,常能避免資訊選取受經 驗法則所影響,因此具有解決學校行政決策偏見的應用價值。最後,本研究更以 個案分析,當作有限情緒政治行動,在解決學校行政決策判斷偏見的應用基礎。
