     學校領導實際本身就具有倫理學的意義。因為傳統學校領導的觀念忽 略領導道德權威及專業權威的發揮,致使學校領導者經常面對道德兩難問題,而 無法有效的解決。若能考量倫理學的觀念,善加運用領導的專業與道德權威,則 可以彌補傳統領導觀念的不足,將學校轉型成為緊密連結的「社區」。令人欣慰 的是,真正實踐倫理學觀念的學校領導的例證是存在的,有其可能性。學校領導 所涉及的倫理學面向主要涉及「過程」(關心學校領導者與成員建立關係之道德 性)、以及「內容」(涉及學校領導所作決定與改變的道德可接受性)所組成的領 導倫理學。針對如何重建學校領導的倫理學觀念,作者亦提出多項建議供參考。 最後,作者指出,重建學校領導的倫理學觀念主要是希望從不同觀點來看待學校 領導,期能找回(並重新建構)原本屬於學校領導的核心概念,而與舊有的領導 觀念結合,發揮相輔相成的功效。
