隨著網際網路的興起,網站已逐漸成為重要知識承載及傳播平台,然對學習者而言網際中過多的知識常造成資訊過載的學習困擾,使得學習者學習成效受到影響;而在知識快速發展與變遷中,學習者除了面對資訊過載外,也常無法掌握自身當下的學習目標知識主題是坐落於相關知識中的何處,與期望學習的知識主題相關的關聯主題知識又有哪些,對於目前知識主題學習完成後,下一個學習目標為誰且該如何進行無法掌握,以致產生學習者學習上迷失的情形發生。
對於資訊過載情形本論文利用網路計量學與互引分析理論基礎,設計四項網際知識品質指標用以改善學習者遭遇資訊過載的學習困境,此四項指標各有其知識品質上的分別意涵,可對網際知識進行品質論斷,達到辨識優良知識進行有效率的學習目標。而關於學習迷失,本論文有別既往知識地圖呈現方式,利用資料探勘相關技術,以關聯模式為基礎發展知識結構表徵模式,並以供應鏈管理為實證對象,分別以兩階段法建置新的知識階層結構、以直接及間接排序模式呈現知識關聯主題情形、及設計知識主題關聯結構等各知識地圖呈現方式,提供學習者於主題學習時能同時獲得關聯主題的整體呈現,避免學習迷失發生。本論文續將知識關聯結構方法論沿續發展,進行領域本體的知識分類邏輯方法提出,以利領域本體論專家建立領域本體之用。
此外對於學習迷失情形,除前所提的知識關聯表徵模式外,本論文結合文獻計量學及S曲線等理論進行供應鏈管理未來發展的預測與此預測模式的檢定,此模式結合關聯主題,提供學習者洞燭先機明瞭知識未來發展方向,進而在學習活動中能有所因應及調整學習的重點,此外也可提供作為知識生產者未來進行知識創造的參考。
Along with the spring up of the Internet, web sites have become one of the important knowledge platforms. The Web, however, has presented users with huge amounts of information, and some may feel they will miss something if they do not review all available data, causing information overloading that may influence the learning process. Furthermore, having a rapid rate of growth in the amount of information available and under the speedy developments and vicissitudes of knowledge, while days remain 24 hours long and our brains remain in roughly the same state of development as they were when cavemen communicated by scrawling messages in stone. Despite the information overloading, learners often feel unable to master where the target of knowledge subject is located; what the relevant relative subjects are; and how to define the next learning target and proceed, with which learning disorientation occurs.
Regarding information overloading, web metrics and citation analysis methods are employed by this dissertation as the rational to build up four web knowledge quality indicators including: Self-link Web Quality Indicator (SWQI), External Web Quality indicator (EWQI), Promotion Web Quality Indicator (PWQI), Total Web Quality Indicator (TWQI); which aim to improve learning dilemma caused by information overloading faced by the learners. As these indicators represent different meaning of knowledge quality, which can be adopted to evaluate web knowledge quality, to identify fine knowledge in order to reach the learning goal effectively. Regarding the learning disorientation issue, rather than using knowledge mapping, this dissertation employs data mining related method, taking relative model as foundation to develop knowledge structure representation model. Using supply chain management as empirical study, respectively establishes a new knowledge hierarchical structure by employing two-step method; presenting knowledge relative subjects situation by using direct ranking subject and indirect ranking subject, along with designing knowledge subject relative structure which is one of the various presentation ways of knowledge mapping method. Providing the learners can simultaneously obtain relative subjects as a whole picture when learning knowledge subject, which can avoid learning disorientation. This dissertation then continuously expand on the development of the methodology for knowledge relative structure, by proposing the logic method for knowledge taxonomy of domain ontology which can be adopted by the domain ontology experts to establish domain ontology.
About the learning disorientation situations, apart from the knowledge relative representation model raised above, this dissertation further unifies Bibliometrics and the S curve theories to forecast the future development of supply chain management and examining the forecast pattern. Along with relative subjects will provide the learner to see through the future development trend of knowledge, in order to adjust the learning target during learning activities. It can also provide references to the knowledge producer when proceeding knowledge creation.
