題名:臺商赴大陸投資進入模式影響因素之研究--中小企業之實證分析

  本研究以台灣中小型製造業廠商為實證對象,探討影響其大陸市場進入模式之決定因素。經由Logit Regression Model進行實證分析,研究結果發現: 投資台商的經營策略、對大陸地區的風險知覺、進入大陸市場時機、以及投資產業的研發密集程度是顯著影響台商進入模式的重要因素。其中台商對大陸地區的風險知覺與投資產業的研發密集程度是促使台商以低涉入程度之進入模式赴大陸投資的主要因素,其餘各項因素則傾向促使台商以高涉入程度之模式進入大陸市場。
  This study explores critical influencing factors of entry mode of Taiwanese SMEs in Mainland China. By applying Logit Regression Model, 115 firms are empirically analyzed. Findings of this research indicate that industry's R&D intensity significantly and positively China are and firm's perceived risk of Mainland correlated with low involvement entry mode. Early entrants (timing) and firm's global or multidomestic strategy are significant1y and positively correlated with high involvement entry mode.
