　　　　　本文主要在探討問題解決的認知歷程，瞭解內隱認知在問題解決歷程中的角色，並以中小學教學研究團隊運作為例，說明其教育意義。無論問題解決的古典分類或現代認知心理學，均強調好的問題解決需要個人運用規則與策略，使問題由起始狀態趨近於目標狀態。最近研究更指出問題解決不但與個人意識層面的心智活動密切相關，也涉及非意識層面的認知歷程。在問題解決歷程中善用內隱認知，能使個人獲得知識統整的機會，重新檢視問題，獲得較佳的問題解決。本文藉由目前中小學教學研究團隊所遭遇的問題為例，說明如何運用外顯與內隱認知來解決問題，為中小學教學研究團隊運作遭遇阻礙時，提出可能的解決方式，也提供處理其他教育問題的思考方向。
