學校推動教師專業學習社群能貼近學校課程發展,本研究在探求教師專業社群運作時,教師知覺的相互關聯以進一步探究教師專業社群知覺的整體模式,從其存在的中介因子進而尋找出合理的教師專業社群模式。
本研究採用的是採用Olivier, Antoine, Cormier, Lewis 與 Minckler 等人所編制之教師專業學習社群評量表(Professional Learning Community assessment, PLCA)。研究方法採用質化研究專家訪談法與量化研究的調查研究法。研究結果有四項結論:
1、「教師專業學習社群量表」單一構面指標具有良好品質。
2、量表各構面間具有相關與各具區別效果。
3、模式驗證社群發展須有更細微的管理與運作。
4、國小教師專業學習社群可豐富、多元。
五項建議:
1、 教師社群知覺構面量測相關性高,可為更高構面進行後續研究。
2、教師專業學習社群的發展內涵仍需擴展。
3、學校應提高更大彈性以活絡教師學習專業社群的運作。
4、教師應以參與教師專業成長團體作為教學支持。
5、後續研究應可強化結構方程模式的運用。
Abstract
Schools promote teachers' professional learning communities can be close to the school curriculum development. In this study, teachers' perception interrelated teacher professional community to further explore the modeling of perception, exploring the mediator then from there look for a reasonable mode of teacher professional communities. In this study, teachers' professional learning community rating scale (Professional Learning Community assessment, PLCA) conducted a questionnaire distributed.
There are four conclusions findings:
1. Teachers' Professional Learning Community Scale "single facet indicators with good quality.
2. Scale of relevance between each dimension and each with distinction effect
3. Schools should raise greater flexibility to active teachers to learn the operation of a professional community.
4. Elementary teachers' professional learning communities can be more rich and diverse.
There are five recommendations:
1、 Teachers Community dimension measuring perceived high correlation produces higher dimensions conduct follow-up studies.
2、 Teachers' professional learning community development dimension remains more extended.
3、 Schools should raise greater flexibility to active teachers learn the operation of a professional community.
4、 Teachers should be involved in teacher professional development groups as a teaching supporting.
5、 Subsequent research should be strengthened using structural equation modeling.
