In order to develop the Educational Information Infrastructure in Taiwan, the Ministry of Education (MOE) carries out the plan- National Information Infrastructure (NII). This plan can construct campus networks for all junior and elementary schools to connect to the Taiwan Academic Network (TANet) so that all students in these schools can use the Internet. After completing all-new network of the campus, because citizen's primary and junior high schools lack of the information the profession the talented person to fix and expel as the equipments are breakdown or network obstacle etc. problem. In addition to affecting normally teaching quality, even become to invade for hacker and hotbed of idea break. Citizen primary and junior high schools campus network whether management is good well or not, affecting the information the education the promotion. It must track to investigate each school of the network the management the situation constantly, with vision of real education for practicing the information. This research is regarding “campus network management in Taiwan’s elementary and junior high schools” as purpose. Using five perspectives: (1) instructors of information education; (2) conditions of equipment; (3) conditions of network security; (4) information and resources, and (5) computer companies on the network and to make use of to have without difference of the notability, affecting the campus the factor that network manage with study analyze the difference. This research with total 3,241 of elementary and junior high schools of Taiwan region (do not contain Kinmen County and LianJiang County) network the supervisors is a research object.
