本研究旨在瞭解自閉症家長面對障礙時所經歷的歷程，並探討自閉症兒童家長在心理調適過程中所擁有的復原力，以及復原力如何影響自閉症家長的心理調適。本研究以一位自閉症家長為研究對象，運用質性研究中個案研究的方式，針對受訪者進行深入訪談與分析，藉此探討自閉症家長之心路歷程。研究中首先對參與研究者進行深入訪談後的逐字稿做開放性編碼，以確立屬性和面向，經由主軸編碼中瞭解自閉症家長得知孩子患有自閉症的歷程及復原力因子，再透過第三層次選擇性編碼，確立自閉症孩子家長得知孩子患有自閉症的歷程有懷疑過程、面對問題、調適階段及計畫未來四階段，並將自閉症家長十一個復原力因子可分為個人特質、因應方式、社會資源三方面，獲得心情安定、不懈怠、承擔責任、人生成長之調適。本研究主要目的在了解一位自閉症兒童家長從驚慌失措到接納孩子的心理歷程，作為協助了解自閉症家長的成長過程並提供更適當的協助與支持之相關依據。
The purpose of this research is to understand how the parpents of autistic children react they first find out their childern have autism, explore their resilience while they are in the process of adaptation, and how the resilience affects the parents adjusting to the sitution. By using depth interview method of the qualitative research, important information that is based on parent-interview is collected and carefully analyzed. These resilient factors can help parents to maintain and obtain a well adaptation, can also help the parents of autistic children to generate more mood stabilization and less delinquency, cease to worry, more responsible and life growth. Suggestions and recommendations of the study are discussed.
