法治素養的培育是法學通識教育重要的一環。而法治素養的培育則需先建立在對法治素養、法治原則的適當理解。若簡單來說，法治的內涵可被著重在像是人性尊嚴的保障、以及政府公權力應該受到法規範的限制等等地方。以這些內涵為基準，我們可以用來分析一些社會新聞，看看從法治的精神出發，我們該怎麼評斷這些新聞中的法律處置。最後，在法學通識教育的實施上，本文建議採取三層式的教學規劃層次，以更加完整地落實法治素養的培育。

The cultivature of the disposition to rule of law is one of the important point to the general education of jurisprudence. And the cultivation of that should be put on the proper understanding to the disposition to rule of law. Briefly, we might emphasize that the connotation of rule of law includes the protection of human dignity and the limitation of governmental power. If we take these criteria, we might analyze some social news and try judging them from the perspective of rule of law. At last, I suggest a three-level mode of teaching scheme to better fulfill the cultivation of disposition to rule of law.
