Under Chinese relationalism, relational identity occurs when individuals who identify themselves through their relationship with others in order to stand out their individuality. This identity process is a significant phenomenon in the Chinese society. Extending this phenomenon from the individual level to the organizational level, relational organizational identity is an important issue for exploring the business behavior in the Chinese organizations. In our article, we explain how the relational organizational identity influences the strategic acts of entrepreneurs by two cases. Then, we compare the differences and similarity of organizational identity between these two cases. Finally, we provide three conclusions. First, superior relational organizational identity needs a key person who with the entrepreneurship. This person can organize and integrate resources of stakeholders, and apply his or her ability to guiding the organization’s development. Second, professional trust and interpersonal trust are the basis of organizing and integrating resources of stakeholders. But the more positively effects of superior relational organizational identity comes from pursuing common social value. Third, superior relational organizational identity is thefundamental for stakeholders to maintain stable relationships.
