本研究以實習生的角度出發，探討大專院校實習生對其實習壓力的認知及感受。進一步釐清大專飯店實習生其實習壓力、休閒因應、休閒參與及身心健康關係，透過問卷調查方式進行資料蒐集，以北部地區觀光相關領域之大專院校飯店的實習生為研究對象，共取得有效樣本275份。透過SPSS17.0版以及LISREL8.8統計軟體，進行敘述性統計、信度分析和結構方程模式驗證假設模式的配適度。模式結果顯示實習壓力對身心健康有顯著負向影響；休閒因應對休閒參與有正向顯著影響；休閒參與對身心健康有正向顯著影響。研究結果對理論與實證研究上有相當助益，並提供有效管理飯店實習生的參考依據。
Form the viewpoint of the college students in internship, this research aims to explore practicum stress cognition and general health status for hospitality-majored college students in hotel internship. The relations of practicum stress, leisure coping, leisure participation and health for the participants were investigated and validated, and a total of 275 valid samples were collected with a structured questionnaire for the college students in Northern Taiwan areas. Through the analysis of SPSS 17.0 and LISREL 8.8, some descriptive statistics, reliability analysis and structural equation modeling were applied to test the proposed model. The findings indicated an acceptable fitness of the model. The results of the model can be concluded that practicum stress appears to influence health significantly and negatively; leisure coping appears to influence leisure participation significantly and positively; leisure participation appears to influence Health significantly and positively. The results have a considerable benefit on theoretical and empirical applications, and could provide managerial applications for hotel internship department.
