題名:負向工作經驗問卷之修訂:以醫療職場員工為樣本

本研究主要目的在於修訂負向工作經驗問卷,進行探索性因素分析、驗證性因素分析、內部一致性信度與再測信度分析,以及效標關聯效度分析。本研究總樣本數624人(包括預試樣本404人和正式樣本220人),最終修訂版本的問卷題目數只有14題(包括正式計分12題和2題偵測題項),包含「不佳的身心健康」與「不佳的表現與人際」二因素,驗證性因素分析結果顯示具備良好的模式適配度(RMSEA=.09,=GFI=.94,TLI=.93),問卷全量表與分量表內部一致性介於.78至.93之間,再測信度介於.83至.92之間,全量表與精神疾病篩檢表相關係數.72,與憂鬱篩檢量表相關係數.68,與壓力源數量呈現正相關。整體而言,本問卷具有良好的信度與效度,適用於早期偵測與管理醫療職場員工的心理健康風險。另外,本研究建議以31分作為高負向工作經驗的切截分數。
