     本文旨在揭示教師專業社會化之重要性。透過功能論和辯證論兩種理論觀點之對照和互補,瞭解教師專業社會化之急義、內在變化歷程和影響因素。Hoy和Rees的功能論觀點和研究,強調學校科層體制的影響力和限制;Lacey和Tabachnick則持辯證論觀點,揭示實習教師「社會性策略」之發展,提醒研究者注重行動主體的自覺和創造力。 教學的成功,不僅繫於教師的良知與道德特質,更有賴於教師對教學知能、人際溝通和學校環境的理念、反省和批判。本文透過功能論和辨證論之視野交融,作為思考教師專業社會化問題之參考架構,對師範教育和教師實習提出建議,並期引發更多有關教師專業社會化之思考和研究。
