題名:小學教師角色相關實證研究的回顧與分析

     本研究旨在對國內外所進行有關「小學教師角色」的實證研究作一回顧 與分析。透過文獻探討,研究中共蒐集了46篇有關國小教師角色行為、角色地位 及角色期望等方面的實證研究報告,每篇分別依研究者、研究年代、研究方法、 研究重點及研究發現等項目予以分析。根據分析結果發現:一、有關「小學教師 角色」研究之方法大多以調查法為主;二、有關「小學教師角色」研究之主題以 角色概念和知覺佔大多數;三、教師角色夥伴是探討教師角色時不可忽視之對象; 四、小學教師之角色內涵有「教師個人特質」等六個層面;五、影響小學教師角 色的因素有「文化」等十三項;六、小學教師角色之特徵有「具有相當的重要性」 等十二項;七、教師的角色存有理想和實際二面。最後,根據研究發現,建構 「小 學教師角色模式」以作為進行實證研究之依據;並分別對有關「小學教師角色」 研究之主題與範疇、方法、工具、及人力等四方面提出建議。
     The 46 practical researches that concerned the rolebehavior, role status, role expectation of the elementaryschool teacher were reviewed and analyzed in this study. Thereview of these practical researches were made according tothe authors, the date of publication, the method of research,the focus of research, and the results of research. The resultsof this study were summarized as follows: (a) Survey was usually used as the method for the study of the role of elementary school teacher. (b)Role conception and role perception of elementary school teacher were studied intensively. (c) Role partners of elementary school teacher is important subjects in the study of teacher role. (d) Six aspects, such as teacher personality traits etc., were included in the teacher role content. (e) The role of elementary school teacher was affected by thirteen factors, such as culture etc. (f) Twelve role characteristics were possessed by elementary school teacher. (g) Ideal role and actual role were present in the elementary school teacher at the same time. The model of the role of elementary school teacher wasproposed in this study in order to perform the further studyof practical research. The scopes, researchers, methods,instruments of the practical research of the role ofelementary school teacher were also suggested.
