     本研究以認知彈性理論與認知情境理論為基礎,研究超媒體學習環境中不同使用 時機、不同主題註解與不同認知型態對歷史學習的成效、態度,還有有關超媒體歷史思考學 習相關變項因果關係的因徑分析。歷史思考是近年來歷史教學的主要重點之一,歷史思考教 學所面臨的困難是,教師很難提供學生足夠的歷史資訊還有結構讓學生能夠完全明白歷史事 件的意義,同時鼓勵學生從不同的方向和層面來看歷史資料並能解釋包含在其中的意義,超 媒體學習環境就是能提供我們達成此目地的有效工具之一。因為在超媒體中,學習者可以經 由所設定的點以及連結來檢索所需要的資料,包括文字、圖畫、聲音、或電視影像,而且電 腦超媒體系統的非線性與多層次的特性,也極有利於像歷史這種結構性低而且較為複雜的知 識的學習。本研究中主題註解不同程度包括,主題註解、段落註解、與混合註解。使用時機 則包括以電腦超媒體課程教學、電腦超媒體預習或複習配合教師教學,以及教師教學四種。 本研究除了考驗超媒體學習環境不同的使用時機、註解程度、與認知型態在學習上的成效、 態度的主要效應與交互作用之外,並使用因徑分析以驗証研究者據根據理論以及實驗所建構 的超媒體歷史思考學習的假設模式是否屬實,俾能提供超媒體教學以及設計者一個可依循的 超媒體歷史思考的學習模式,使超媒體學習環境成為歷史思考學習有效的學習工具。
     Although the use of hypermedia systems for learning complex knowledge has been attracting recent attention, we currently have poor theoretical and research perspectives from which to understand special characteristics associated with learning in nonlinear and multidimensional hypermedia instructional learning environment that provided instruction in a complex and illstructured domain like historical thinking. This study is concerned with the design of hypermedia applications for the teaching and learning of history, in particular, development of historical thinking. The experiment was employed three differently structured hypermedia thematic criss-crossing treatments (different degree of expert commentary), and three using options (preview tool, review tool, hypermedia independent teaching tool) and with one comparing group. Learning performance and attitudes were collected and analyzed. Path analysis was be also conducted to test the hypothetical model of learning on historical thinking.
