本文主旨在探討「莊子」內篇的人生哲學，及其對學校行政主管的啟示。本文共 分五部份，第一部份為緒論，論述本文之撰寫動機與目的，第二、三、四部份依 序探討「莊子」內篇的人生理想、修身方法及處世方法，最後則就「莊子」內篇 的人生哲學加以評價，提出八點價值及啟示，以供學校行政主管充實行政管理知 能及精神修養之參考，以求有利於提高學校行政管理的效能。

　　　　　The purpose of the study is to explore the philosophy of life of Chuang-tzu's inner Chapters, and its contribution to school manager. This thesis is divided into five chapters. Chapter one is the introduction of the study. From chapter two to chapter four, Chuang-tzu's thought of the ideal of a man. the way to cultivate one's character, the way to cultivate the arts of accommodation, is explored in order. Besides, there searcher also makes comments on the philosophy of life of Chuang-tzu's Inner chapters in chapter five. In the chapter, the contribution of the philosophy of life of Chuang-tzu to school manager is mentioned and discussed.
