因應多元化與知識經濟社會的來臨,創新思考與解決問題能力,將是未來高等教育培育的重要基礎能力,而正向心理則是協助學生在大學階段提升自己的知識涵養、潛能與貢獻之所在。因此,如何提升學生創造力已成為當今教育最重要的課題。本研究旨在探討科技大學生正向心理特質對個人創造力的影響,採問卷調查法,對國內科技大學學生進行施測,運用Pearson相關分析、探索性因素分析、驗證性因素分析及結構方程式,共發放1,000份,回收有效問卷為819份,有效回收率81.9%。研究結果顯示,學生正向心理特質對於個人創造力具正向影響,且學生正向心理特質會透過創意自我效能及希望感的中介效果進而影響個人創造力。最後,根據研究結果提出建議,以供教育實務及未來研究參考。
Creativity has an important influence on a successful country, and the development of students’ creativity is a common trend of advanced countries. Positive psychology is a factor to elevate competition among higher education institutions, and it can assist college students to improve their knowledge, potential and contribution. Therefore, how to improve students’ creativity has become the most important current educational issue. The main purpose of this study is to discuss the influence of individual positive psychological characteristics on an individual’s creativity of technological university students. Stratified random sampling research method was adopte. This study distributes a total of 1000 questionnaires, and collects 819 valid samples, for a valid return rate of 81.9%.The collected valid data were analyzed using Pearson correlation analysis, Exploratory factor analysis (EFA), Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research results showed that positive psychological characteristics does have an effect on personal creativity. Moreover, students’ positive psychological characteristics can indirectly affect personal creativity through the mediating effect of creative self-efficacy and hope. Finally, based on these results, suggestions were provided for the universities, professors, students, and further researchers.
