本研究旨在探討教師自評、教室觀察和學生評鑑三種國中教師教學效能評鑑方式之間是否有顯著關係。參酌教師評鑑之研究文獻及各種評鑑工具,以及國內14名課程與教學專家學者、74名國中校長主任教師、15名學生的訪談與調查結果,並進行建構效度分析,編製了「教學效能教師自評表」、「教學效能教室觀察表」、「教學效能學生意見回饋表」。本研究以30名國中數學科教師和國文科教師,及其任教的一班二年級學生為研究對象,填寫「教學效能教師自評表」、「教學效能學生意見回饋表」,以「教學效能教室觀察表」為研究觀察工具,進行連續3堂課的教室觀察,以探討三者之間的關係。研究發現教師自評的結果與教室觀察和學生評鑑二者的結果有較大的差異,教室觀察與學生評鑑的結果有顯著相關。
