Internship courses are the simulation of career selection for the students vocational school. The original purposes of internship are to let the students to get some real working experiences and combine theories with practical works and also let the students ready for the real position before graduation. This article is discussing the existence of conflict feeling during the process of outside courses been executed, and also analysis the effects of these conflicts factors towards student’s future occupation selection. The differences of personal characters and willingness to work are also discussed. Finally, the results and suggestions has been made for the references of hospitality vocational schools while they are planning the internship course.
