社區營造為近年政府施政的重點，旨在透過社區居民自身意識的覺醒，逐步凝聚社區共識，並藉此逐漸構成一個自主參與的公民社會。然相關研究大多在探討政府及非營利組織於社區營造中所扮演的角色，及社會資本的重要性，鮮少關注青年學子組織性參與社區營造的現象。隨著關懷在地意識的提升，其對社區營造的投入是值得進一步探討的議題。本研究以既有文獻的蒐集為基礎，並透過半結構式訪談及參與觀察的方式，對臺南藝術大學社區營造團隊， 與土溝村當地社區營造團體及居民間的合作互動關係進行探索。本研究發現南藝大團隊有助於土溝村社區營造的進行，且兩者共同學習成長，學生畢業後更回到土溝村成為永續經營社造力量的一份子。

Community empowerment is not only one of the most important policies of Taiwanese government but also the focus of research in social science recently. However, most previous studies just explore the role of government or non-profit organizations (NGOs) in facilitating community empowerment and the relationship between social capital of community inhabitants and community regeneration, rarely concern the potential role and possible assistance of young students to involve in community empowerment activities. This paper addresses this issue by studying TO GO Village in Tainan city. In-depth interview, documentary collection and observation are main data collection methods for answering research questions. The findings show that the young students’ participation is a win-win game between TOGO Village and the young students. In other words, the young students’ participation is positive for TOGO Village’s community empowerment and the graduated students stay in TOGO Village have become a sustainable power for TOGO’s community empowerment.
