本研究旨在探討高屏地區大專校院學生在課業壓力、休閒調適與效益關係模式與關聯性，並以高雄市、屏東市、屏東縣的大專校院學生為研究對象與範圍，利用分層抽樣在這三個行政區域中各發出500份問卷，並採利益抽樣抽取各區域中的公私立大專校院學生，經刪除份無效問卷32份後實得有效問卷468份，問卷有效回收率為93.6%。研究結果顯示，課業壓力對休閒調適影響力顯著、課業壓力對休閒效益影響力顯著、休閒調適對休閒效益影響力顯著，因此研究結果成立本研究假設H_1、H_2、H_3，本研究依據研究結果提出具體建議。
This study aimed to discuss the relationship mode and relation of academic pressure, leisure coping and leisure benefits of college students in Kaohsiung and Pingtung. College students in Kaohsiung City, Pingtung City and Pingtung County were the subjects and areas of the research, and 500 questionnaires were distributed in the three administrative areas with stratified sampling. In addition, purposive sampling was adopted to sample students of public and private colleges in these areas, and after the elimination of 32 invalid questionnaires, 468 questionnaires were considered valid, with a valid response rate of 93.6%. The results of the study showed that academic pressure had significant influence on leisure coping and on leisure benefits, and that leisure coping had significant influence on leisure benefits. Therefore, the hypotheses of the study, H1, H2 and H3, were tenable. The study proposes concrete suggestions on the basis of the study results.
